Kaohsiung — and Northern Kaohsiung in particular — has a fast-growing pool of independent professionals and a rising tide of incoming digital nomads.
高雄，尤其是北高雄，正快速聚集獨立專業人士，也迎來越來越多的數位遊牧工作者。
But the city still lacks the infrastructure and the visibility to attract and retain that talent at scale. There’s no clear front door, no purpose-built environment, and little international awareness of what this city can offer. That gap is precisely the problem the Initiative exists to solve.
但這座城市仍缺乏能大規模吸引並留住人才的基礎設施與能見度。這裡尚未有清楚的入口、專為國際人才打造的環境，也缺少國際社群對高雄所能提供價值的認識。這個落差，正是本倡議要解決的問題。

Global experience across the US, Europe, and Singapore, with an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management. A serial entrepreneur focused on international expansion, with a real estate investment background in the US and Europe. A Kaohsiung resident.
擁有美國、歐洲與新加坡的全球經驗，並取得鹿特丹管理學院 MBA。連續創業者，專注於國際拓展，並具美國與歐洲房地產投資背景。現居高雄。
Both call Kaohsiung home, and built this Initiative as a direct contribution to the city’s future.
